Elizabeth (Beth) Martin – Office Administrator
Beth began her dental career as a dental assistant while still in high school. Over the years, she has transitioned into working in the front office. Occasionally you will see Beth sneak into the back and put her dental assisting skills to work! She is a caretaker by nature and very much enjoys treating our patients and extended dental family.
Beth has attended many continuing education programs and conferences to expand her dental knowledge. There have been many innovative changes in dentistry over the years, and Beth has been dedicated to staying current on all the new techniques.
Beth's husband, Steve, is a retired Gulfport firefighter. They have one son, Aaron and two beautiful grandchildren, Sophia and Noah. Beth's interests include painting; running; any aspect of health and fitness; enjoying blue water, sand and sunshine!
Adrienne (Addy) Brown, RDH
Addy is a native of Long Beach and graduate of Long Beach High School. She received her Associate’s degree from MGCCC before joining McCormick Dental Family in 2011 as a dental assistant. After working with us for three years she decided to further her education in dentistry. She attended Meridian Community College where she received her dental hygiene license in 2016.
In her personal life, Addy is married to her high school sweetheart, Nick. They currently have one beautiful two year old baby girl, Lane. In her spare time, Addy enjoys going for walks, cooking, boating and of course sunshine!
Mikka Knowles-Deloach, RDH
Mikka is a coast native where she graduated from Harrison Central High School. She continued her education at MGCCC and obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Pearl River Community College.
Mikka began working in the dental field in 2013 and joined our team shortly after in 2014. In 2015 Mikka married her high school sweetheart Jared. Together they enjoy working out and walking their three spoiled pups: Krismas, Binx and Paisley.
Haley Fairley – Dental Assistant
Haley is a Gulfport resident and West Harrison High School graduate. She became a part of our team shortly after graduating in 2014. Haley continued her education at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College where she earned her Associate's degree in 2016 with high honors.
Haley maintains our treatment operatories and works directly on patients with Dr. McCormick. Just like the rest of the staff, Haley also attends various continuing education courses. These include the opportunity to take numerous regional courses and national CE courses in Washington DC, Denver, Colorado, and San Francisco, California. Haley is committed to maintaining and improving her professional knowledge base to help Dr. McCormick provide the best care possible to our patients.
In her personal life she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, serving in her church and participating in organized running events.
